These products are amazing! I am a big fan of their marinade which I use on my NY Strip steaks. Bought a bottle during a bluegrass festival in Medicine Park, OK. Get some thick cut steaks, rinse and dry. A couple of hits with a Norpro Professional Meat Tenderizer on each side, to let the marinade get in. Brush a good amount on one side, let stand 15-30 minutes, flip and repeat. Get a grill extra hot and throw the meat on. The sauce caramelizes locking in all the juices. Cook steaks to desired "doneness" and serve. I did this once and served to my wife and her girlfriends and there is no looking back. Absolutely incredible steaks. Keep up the good work and send me that case!!!!

I bought a case about two months ago. Everyone in the family loved them so much that as we got close to the end of the case I hid one jar for myself. After we ran out, I found out that my daughters had hid two jars for themselves! I'm ordering more today.

I have tasted these pickles and i love them. The young ladies house i was at said that her chef got the pickles at a local grcery store ( Tom Thumb or Whole Foods grocery ) and i cant find them any where!Do you distrubute your pickles in these stores? if so which ones....I have to find these pickles.

I was never a pickle eater.I have never found one I liked until I was visiting my good friends Ed and Betty Jo in Santa Ynez Valley Ca.Ed ask me to try the Tex Critter pickles. I did and let me tell you! those were the best tasting pickles I have ever tasted in my life and I am 66 years old.Wish I had them years ago.I know one thing,I will be eating the Tex Critter pickles from now on.Just order two cases for our friends and family for X'Mas.Thanks Ed and Betty Jo.

Here's the story, did not take pickles home and put in fridge. Was invited out to lunch Took the pickles with us, opened them up and sat them in the middle of the table. Great with BBQ. The jar was half empty by the end of lunch. You got a winner on your hands.
